MONDAYS - Work on your overall body stamina and functional strength, a nice combination of cardio and weight lifting.
TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & SATURDAYS- If you’re looking to build on your max lifts and focus more on muscle building than cardio, this class is for you. Big lifts and lots of it. We’ll rotate movements and auxiliary efforts to get your flex on.
WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS - Nothing beats a high octane heart-spike! If you’re wanting to move fast and breathe heavy, this class is for you. A combination of mono-structural movements, body weight, and light weight movements, it’s the best place to get that dose of endorphins and make you feel like a million bucks!
SUNDAYS - For those looking for a high-octane class designed to leave your tank EMPTY. This class is CrossFit inspired with a focus on both heavy lifting, and intense metabolic conditioning.
SUNDAYS - This is our favorite weekend activity! Intentional mobility drills programmed to keep your body agile and flexible. What’s the point of lifting and being fit if you can’t move?

Don't have time for a class or prefer to work out on your own? While classes are in session, we have an Open Gym membership and hours. You can use equipment or spaces not being used for group class.
